Simply pop it in a jar or bowl and grab it in the morning before you head out the door. It is really versatile as well, be as creative as you like with your toppings.\u00a0The list is endless!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">4 Tablespoons of Chia seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tablespoon of Hemp seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">3 Tablespoons of rolled oats<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">300 mls of yoghurt (or kefir even)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tsp of Desiccated Coconut<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">In a bowl \/ jar with lid, combine the chia seeds, oats, hemp seeds, vanilla &amp; kefir. Place in the fridge overnight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">In the morning take it out of the fridge and give it a good stir.
