There is nothing wrong with having a massive cheese burger that requires two hands to eat it (and a bib) every now and again. Whilst that bad boy may be good for your soul (and hangover) it isn&#8217;t THE best thing for your body. These Turkey &amp; Courgette burgers are a healthier &amp; leaner option but still taste amazing! I make a batch and freeze them so I can dig them out whenever I need a quick dinner or lunch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #e59191;\">These burgers are amazing in naked burger bowls and jammed between a bun with avocado &amp; homemade salsa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><em>(Makes about 10-12)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">400g Lean Turkey mince<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 large courgette, grated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 spring onions, sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 clove of garlic, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/2 red chilli, finely sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Handful of fresh coriander, chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/2 tsp paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Salt &amp; pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Set your Oven 180\u2019 \u00a0(Fan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">With your hands mould into patties &#8211; should make about 10\/12 depending on how big you make them. (Use and ice cream scoop and smush down if you don\u2019t want to use your hands)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">On a medium heat a tsp of olive oil in a large frying pan. Cook the burgers on each side for about 3 mins &#8211; you just want to put a bit on colour on them, don\u2019t fiddle with them either as they will fall apart!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and place the patties on the tray.
