A great appetiser or snack and If you wanted to add some sliced avocado they make a delicious breakfast.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Makes 2 Toasts\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">150 g of mixed baby tomatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Handful of torn fresh Basil Leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">50 g of sliced red onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Good glug of Olive Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Salt and Pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 Slices of Crunchy Bread (Like Sourdough) Toasted<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Cut the tomatoes in half and chuck into a mixing bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Add the garlic, onion, salt and pepper to the bowl.
