They are so quick and easy to cook, you can be very creative with a simple prawn. Prawn pasta, prawn tacos, prawn sandwiches&#8230; Basically I&#8217;m a big fan of prawns. I like these prawns in a wrap or with some salad leaves for a lighter meal. Rose Harissa is my favourite to use \u00a0but don&#8217;t feel like you need to use this too, standard Harissa paste is wonderful too.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Serves 2<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">225 g (a packet) of frozen or fresh prawns\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Red Pepper, sliced into strips\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Small Red Onion, sliced into strips\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tablespoon of Rose Harissa Paste\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Avocado, cut into slices or chunks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">4 Pink Radishes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Medium Tomato, roughly chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tablespoon of Natural Yoghurt\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Juice of 1 Lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/2 Teaspoon of Paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Small Handful\u00a0coriander leaves\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Dribble of Olive Oil\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 Wraps\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Defrost your prawns if you are using frozen. I usually pop them in a colander and rinse them with cool water until they are defrosted.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Add the onions and the peppers and cook for about 5 minuets.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Add in 1 tablespoon of the Harissa Paste to the pan and coat the peppers &amp; onions with it. Cook for another 5 minuets and then tip in the prawns. Add the rest of the H\u00a0paste. Keep cooking until the veg and prawns are a little charred.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, yoghurt and paprika.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">When the prawns are cooked remove from the heat and assemble your wraps.
