These freeze well so you can make a couple batches if you want and freeze them for another time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">500g lean turkey mince <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 onion, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">30g of fresh basil leaves, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Zest of one lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 cloves of garlic, minced <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Olive oil for cooking<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"> Salt and pepper to taste\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">ROASTED PEPPER AND TOMATO SAUCE<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">300g cherry tomatoes <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">30 g fresh basil leaves <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 red onion, peeled and cut into 1\/4<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 red peppers, stemmed, de seeded and sliced in half\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">3 cloves of garlic, left whole <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Olive oil (good gulg)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Salt and pepper to taste <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/2 red chilli or 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 courgette, spiralised (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Linguine for 4<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Grab a large bowl and using your hands, combine the ingredients for the meatballs. Grab a baking tray and roll balls about the size of ping pong balls and place on the baking tray.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Turn the oven to 180 and heat 2 large baking trays. Roast all the ingredients for the sauce for 20 minutes in one of the trays.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Meanwhile cook the meatballs. Heat a couple tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan. Cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning every now and again. You\u2019re just browning them at this stage. When the balls are all brown remove from the pan and place on one of the pre heated trays. Cook for 10 minutes.\u00a0 And cook the pasta in the meantime.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Remove the sauce ingredients from the oven and tip into a pan, add a little water and then blend with a handheld blender or tip into a blender and blend away! Then pour this over the tray that the meatballs are in and returning to the oven for the last few minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Drain your pasta and combine with the courgette noodles if using then remove the meat balls in the sauce from the oven. Dived the pasta into 4 bowls and top with the balls &amp; sauce.
