It&#8217;s great as a side dish for a bbq, the slaw is a real crowd pleaser!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><u><\/u>200g Carrots<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">75g Sugarsnap peas<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/4 red cabbage, shredded&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/4 white cabbage, shredded&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/2 red chilli, finely sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1\/2 white onion, finely sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\u20221 spring onion, finely slices<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">130g edamame beans<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">20g coriander, roughly chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">20g roasted peanuts (about a handful)&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">For the Dressing <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tablespoon of Maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tablespoon of Sesame seed Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Tablespoon of Rice vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 Teaspoon of Sriracha sauce <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 garlic clove minced&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">1 tablespoon of minced ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 teaspoons of crunchy peanut butter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">You can buy pre shredded vegetables or you can shred them yourself by hand or using a food processor, which is much quicker!<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Put all the slaw ingredients in a bowl and stir so everything is mixed together.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Blitz the dressing ingredients together in a food processor or using a small whisk in a small bowl.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Drizzle the dressing over the slaw before serving and dig in<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am obsessed with making this right now.
