This is a fun recipe to get kids involved with, they can help with mixing, weighing out ingredients, spooning out batter and cracking eggs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Makes 12 Muffins\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Greek Yoghurt \/ Plain yoghurt , 1 and 1\/2 cups<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Self Raising Flour (or GF alternative) 1 and 1\/2<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Vanilla bean paste , 1 teaspoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">3 very ripe bananas , mashed\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Oats , 1\/2 cup (plus extra to sprinkle on top)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Baking powder (1 teaspoon) \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2 Large eggs\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Blueberries (1 cup)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Turn your oven on and heat to 180&#8242; (fan) \u00a0Line a 12 hole muffin tin with muffin cases and set aside.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"> Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the yoghurt, eggs and vanilla paste together. Fold in the dry ingredients and then when they are combined fold in the blueberries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Spoon the muffin mix into the cases, sprinkle a few oats on top of each muffin and bake for about 25 minuets until golden.
